To support the fast growth, we now invite high caliber personnel to take up the Planner position. The position will be located in Shanghai and report to Planning Supervisor.
Job Summary
As a Planner implement effectively and meet customer's request to achieve the company vision, strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities 1. Process timely customer inquiry such as confirm lead time and the possibility of supply; 2. Process timely customer demand such as customer purchase order and rolling forecast, and release procurement demand to supplier; 3. Coordinate with department or suppliers for on-time delivery, ensure reliability of the delivery;4. Continuous improve the planning system, reasonably master the inventory investment and ensure the availability;5. Maintain and update supplier master in ERP system; 6. Maintain the relationship with supplier, ensure stability resources supply channels;7. Respond to and proactively resolve complaints and concerns; 8. Prepare monthly report or other reports requested; 9. Fulfill jobs assigned by department manager when needed; 10. Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply chain management, International trading, Statistics, Logistics, or other equivalent area; 2. Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power point application and ERP system, fluency in speaking, reading and writing both in English and Chinese; 3. Good communication skills and strong teamwork spirit; Ability to handle multi-tasks; 4. Patient, honest, careful and can work under pressure; Self-motivated and quick to learn; Strong sense of responsibility; Passionate and initiative. 5. At least 1 year working experience of planning, supply chain and business planning, supply chain and commercial in a multinational company; manufacturing industry background preferred. 6. Fresh graduated who is motivated and keen on learning also can be considered.
